SELF-ADHESIVE EXPANDED RUBBER PROFILE EPDM 25M OSCULATI: MARINE ADHESIVE SEAL

The Self-adhesive expanded rubber profile EPDM 25m Osculati is a compressible EPDM seal designed for sealing openings and insulation on nautical equipment and vehicles. Its 3M™ 300LSE double-sided adhesive ensures fixation on technical surfaces, while the marine grade EPDM profile (70 Shore A) absorbs irregularities and maintains sealing on portholes, panels or doors. This profile is used as a protective or sealing element in Liston and sealing installations.

WATERPROOFING AND EXTERIOR RESISTANCE

The Self-adhesive expanded rubber profile EPDM 25m Osculati has a compressible structure with shape memory allowing pressure to be maintained after compression cycles. The UV-Resist® coating limits yellowing and degradation in the marine environment. The high-adhesion acrylic adhesive (600 N/m) guarantees durable hold, with resistance to hydrocarbons class M3 and dimensional stability <0.5 %.

QUICK INSTALLATION AND MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS

This adhesive profile has a silicone anti-adhesive paper backing and a centimetric marking facilitating cutting and installation. It is used for sealing portholes and nautical windows, sealing watertight doors, protecting tarpaulins or insulation on camper vans. Its temperature range of -40°C to +120°C allows durable outdoor use.
