The solar wireless ultrasonic wind sensor is designed for cruising boats, small sailboats, sailing clubs, weather stations, and harbor masters. Equipped with a wind measurement frequency of 16Hz, it ensures data refreshing at a frequency of 1 Hz, thus offering exceptional precision and responsiveness. Its LiFePo4 battery, which withstands numerous charge and discharge cycles, is also suited to high temperatures and is easily interchangeable.
This sensor is compatible with NMEA0183 standards and can be integrated into NMEA2000 systems via the WindyPlug, with a barometer option available.
