Mercury Osculati Engine Aerosol Paint: Nitro-alkyd Paint for Mercury Engines

Mercury Osculati engine aerosol paint is a high-quality nitro-alkyd paint, available in black, warm white (since 2018) and cool white (since 2018), specifically designed for touching up Mercury engines.

This product, offered in a 400 ml aerosol can, offers excellent adhesion to metallic surfaces and thermal resistance up to 100°C, ideal for marine engines. Its fast-drying formula allows for easy application and a professional result.

The paint has a gloss level of 70 to 85, and an average yield of 0.9 to 1.1 m² per aerosol. For optimal application, it is recommended to shake the can for two minutes before use, apply several cross-coated layers at 20-25 cm from the surface, and allow to dry completely for 24 hours in a dry environment at 20°C.

Before application, ensure that the surface is clean, dry and degreased. The use of a primer is recommended for better adhesion. A second coat can be applied after 10 to 15 minutes for a perfect finish.
