Osculati rubber grease stuffing box, a high-performance and easy-to-use sealing system for your boat's shaft line, whether it's a sailboat or a motorboat. This greased and lubricated stuffing box is renowned for its efficiency and ease of installation.
The seal between the shaft line and the stern tube is ensured by a lubricating grease resistant to seawater. The grease, less dense than water, effectively prevents leaks. This Osculati rubber grease stuffing box is reliable and durable equipment, designed for intensive marine use.
The Osculati rubber grease stuffing box comes complete and ready to use. It incorporates two threaded holes: one for grease filling and another for adding water (if necessary, for installation above the waterline). Maintenance is limited to an annual grease level check, thus simplifying maintenance.
Made of robust, hydrocarbon-resistant rubber, this Osculati rubber grease stuffing box is supplied with an AISI 316 stainless steel collar, mounting grease and an insertion ring. Several shaft diameters are available (25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 mm, as well as 1", 1" 1/4, 1" 1/2, 1" 3/4 and 2"), ensuring compatibility with a wide range of boats.
The kit includes: a rubber seal, a stainless steel collar, an insertion ring and silicone grease.
