Multitasking, it is capable of lubricating mechanical parts through its anti-wear agents, removing rust and neutralizing oxidation, and freeing stuck parts thanks to its strong penetrating power.
It can also be used for protection purposes by depositing a corrosion-inhibiting film.
It cleans grease, tar, limescale, and verdigris stains. Navy 6 is hydrophobic, which allows it to displace water from metal surfaces, electrical contacts, and ignition systems.
Finally, it does not yellow gel-coat or laminates and proves inert on rubber and plastics.
