It all began with a meeting: between Philippe Monnoyeur, the group's CEO, and the young sailor Benjamin Ferré, foal of the legendary Jean Le Cam. This meeting highlights the common values that bind them: transmission, sharing, ambition and humanity.

At Monnoyeur, the expertise and know-how of the teams are passed on to other employees in order to respond to the transformations and challenges of our clients. Monnoyeur has therefore decided to support the skipper for the next 4 years, with the major objective of participating in the Vendée Globe in 2024.

He will be sailing with the group's new identity proudly displayed on the hull and sails, accompanied by the "DUO for a JOB" association, which brings together young people from diverse backgrounds and refugees actively seeking employment with mentors.

Benjamin Ferré: the skipper

Benjamin Ferré, 31 years old, immerses you in an impressive universe: ocean racing.

The least we can say is that this is not his first challenge: 40,000 kms hitchhiking around the globe, an Atlantic crossing on a sailboat without GPS, using a sextant and the stars, a crossing of Morocco in a 4L, and a single-handed offshore race in the Mini Transat in 2019. Benjamin Ferré is a navigator and entrepreneur from Brittany, in love with life... and crazy challenges!

On the agenda for the next 4 years is a succession of mythical races such as the Transat Jacques Vabre or the Route du Rhum before reaching the ultimate dream, the XXL ocean race, for its 10th edition in 2024: The Vendée Globe. A non-stop round the world race without assistance with Benjamin Ferré and Monnoyeur.
