Xtrems Black CHX86 Dometic Housing is a control lever designed for outboard and inboard engines of all brands, compatible with 10-32 thread cables (type 33C) or MERCURY cables. This cable control box is a product of the US firm DOMETIC SEASTAR.

This single lever DOMETIC CHX86 Black series housing is available in several versions for controlling outboard and inboard engines on boats. Depending on the version, it controls the clutch, trim, tilt and offers start safety and a lever lock in neutral.

The throttle lever connects to the 10-32 threaded throttle and clutch control cable, allowing smooth and precise control of outboard or inboard engine acceleration. The Xtrems Black CHX86 Dometic Housing is designed for console mounting and features an ergonomic handle. Depending on the version, it can offer neutral start safety, a trim/tilt function and a neutral lock.

Compatible cables include those with 10-32 threads (33C, C2, C8, Xtrème, MachZero, Vetus…) and MERCURY Gen 2. Differential mounting is possible for a dual station.
