The Zhik Kids Skiff Hybrid Gear Performance Wetsuit is a lightweight outfit specifically designed for dinghy sailing and water sports in intense heat conditions, between 25 and 30°C. Its main feature is its UPF 50+ sun protection, certified according to Australian standards, ensuring optimal safety against UV rays during long sessions at sea.

The garment's structure incorporates 3D body mapping technology that ensures total freedom of movement during maneuvers. The neck and arm openings feature rolled finishes to limit chafing and provide lasting comfort for young racers.

SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION AND RESPONSIBLE MATERIALS

Zhik prioritizes eco-design by replacing traditional neoprene with Yulex® natural rubber, a high-performance and environmentally friendly alternative. This material is combined with Repreve® recycled polyester fibers, offering excellent breathability and quick-drying capability, which is essential for intensive use.

Durability is enhanced by the integration of abrasion-resistant ZhikTex II panels, strategically placed on the knees and seat. These critical areas are laminated directly onto the natural rubber to protect the equipment against wear caused by repeated contact with the boat deck.

FIT ADAPTED TO THE GROWTH OF YOUNG SAILORS

The sizing system of this wetsuit is designed to accompany the progression of young sailors. The cut is studied to ensure a smooth transition to adult models, guaranteeing consistency in support and performance as the child grows and gains technical expertise.

The assembly is made with high-stretch flatlock seams, designed to be robust and non-irritating to the skin. This technical construction allows the wetsuit to stay in place without hindering movement, whether in a skiff, foiling, or while paddleboarding.
