PERFORMANCE AND ELECTROMAGNETIC TECHNOLOGY

This combination unit incorporates an electromagnetic loch-speedo sensor, thus eliminating the maintenance problems associated with traditional paddle wheel systems. The sensor ensures an accurate surface speed indication between 0.2 and 40 knots, while calculating the distance traveled. The 150kHz depth sounder measures the seabed up to 100m. The CLIPPER Duet display offers optimal readability with a backlit screen and 32 mm digits.

EASY INSTALLATION AND KEY INFORMATION

The pack includes a display, an electromagnetic loch-speedo sensor (7m cable), a ⌀ 19 mm depth sounder (7m cable), a ⌀ 42 mm through-hull fitting and a protective cover. The device offers maximum speed alarms, a display in feet and meters for the sounder, and the ability to calibrate manually or automatically. The diameters to remember are: 50mm for the outside diameter of the sounder and 42mm for the diameter of the through-hull fitting. The loch-speedo sensor is only compatible with composite hulls.
