This Plastimo flip-over light with support
is an essential accessory for boat safety.
This Plastimo floating overturn light
lights up when falling in the water thanks to the tilting effect of the batteries.
The spring is in permanent contact with the base of the bulb and the positive terminal of the batteries. The wire is in permanent contact with the bulb socket.

Technical specifications
- OFF position: at rest, the weight of the batteries compresses the spring and cuts the contact (when the lamp of the flip-flop light is oriented downwards).
- ON position: when thrown into the water, the geometry of the light makes it automatically position itself vertically. The batteries slide into the tube and make contact with the wire that powers the bulb.
Tip: hang your Plastimo flip-flop light on the lifebuoy on board. This way, the man overboard will be easier to spot and locate.
