GoTech-i Kit up to 115 HP - Ultraflex side mount cylinder is a complete hydraulic steering system designed for boats equipped with an inboard engine with a maximum power of 115 HP. Compliant with ISO 10592 and EC 95/25 standards, this kit guarantees safety and performance for your boat, especially for boats not exceeding 40 knots.
This GoTech-i Kit up to 115 HP - Ultraflex side mount cylinder includes a UP18 pump with intermediate flange. This pump features an integrated check valve for reliable steering lock. Its composite housing offers excellent corrosion resistance. It is compatible with steering wheels up to 508 mm (20 inches), with a connection shaft of 3/4 inch. The pump, weighing 3.8 kg, has a flow rate of 18 cm3 and withstands a pressure of 55 bars. The necessary fittings for assembly are included.
The GoTech-i Kit up to 115 HP - Ultraflex side mount cylinder also includes a UC68-OBS side mount cylinder, adaptable to starboard or port of your outboard engine. With an inner diameter of 25 mm and a stroke of 150 mm, this cylinder develops a thrust of 168 kg and a flow rate of 69 cm³. Its weight is 8 kg. It can be used on systems with single or double rudder, with one or two steering stations, and allows the combination of two cylinders with a single or double control station.
Finally, the GoTech-i Kit up to 115 HP - Ultraflex side mount cylinder comes with two KIT OB-GT/M flexible hydraulic hoses with a diameter of 1/4 inch and a length of 6 meters (cuttable to the desired length), crimped and equipped with fittings with rotating nuts, as well as two liters of oil compliant with ISO-VG15 standard. These hoses withstand a maximum pressure of 55 bars (800 psi). It is advisable not to pinch the hoses and to respect a minimum radius of 75 mm at the pump and 250 mm at the cylinder during installation. Correct installation results in approximately 3.7 steering wheel turns.
