THE OS2 OFFSHORE GILL JACKET: A VERSATILE WATERPROOF WATCHKEEPING JACKET
The Gill OS2 Offshore Jacket is a watchkeeping jacket designed for mid-shore sailing. Its two-layer laminate fabric forms an incredibly waterproof, windproof and breathable protective layer.
Because nothing matters more to Gill than preserving the environment, no less than 14 recycled plastic bottles have been used in the OS2 package.
The jacket is made from 98% recycled plastic bottles and fibers, reducing the amount of packaging and waste for the OS2 package alone by 2 tons per year !
No compromise on performance was made in the design of this jacket thanks to its Gill-developed XPLORE® 2-layer membrane. This fabric offers both waterproofing and breathability that will protect you while sailing, even in the worst conditions.
The high thermal collar with fleece lining provides warmth and comfort when you need it most. The same goes for the 6 hand-warmer pockets, also lined with reversible fleece.
A HIGH-PERFORMANCE, COMFORTABLE WATCH JACKET
The OS2 Gill Watch Jacket features adjustable outer cuffs with polyurethane inner seams for comfort and waterproofing.
Safety is a priority with numerous reflective inserts on the jacket and a fully lined high-visibility hood.
The high quality XPEL® fabric combines hydrophobic and hydrophilic technologies to efficiently wick moisture away from the skin, while providing seamless protection from the elements. This will provide you with water repellency, odor control and stain resistance.
This is the perfect jacket for a week or more on the water! It can be combined with It fits perfectly with the OS2 Offshore Dungarees Gill.
