Kit 4 M4 Plastimo foam plates is a sound insulation solution designed specifically for boat engine rooms. This kit of 4 alveolar foam plates allows you to improve the acoustics on board by significantly reducing noise from the engine.
Made of alveolar polyether **fireproofed in the mass (M4)**, the Plastimo foam offers excellent absorption of mechanical noise propagating through the air. This material is suitable for marine environments and contributes to better sound comfort on board.
Designed for the restoration or improvement of engine room insulation, the Plastimo kit is easy to install. The foam is characterized by a net density of 27 to 29 kg/m³, good flexibility and a temperature resistance of 40°C to +120°C. In addition, it has good resistance to hydrocarbons. The kit consists of 4 plates of 700 x 500 x 50 mm in anthracite gray.
