NRX 50C DOMETIC: COMPRESSION REFRIGERATOR FOR BOAT

NRX 50C Dometic is a compression refrigerator designed for boats. Manufactured by Dometic, this refrigerator offers an efficient solution to keep your food and drinks cool during your sea trips.

The design of the NRX 50C is characterized by its dark and anthracite tones and its clean lines, making it easy to integrate into the layout of your boat. It is possible to install a fixing frame for a more careful integration. The door is equipped with a handle that locks it during navigation and a latch to open it slightly during winter storage to prevent mold formation. The door hinges are reversible, providing increased flexibility during installation.

The interior of the NRX 50C is equipped with shelves, a bottle holder, a door tray, two vegetable bins and a freezer. The freezer compartment offers 4.4 liters of storage and can reach -15°C. It is removable, allowing the device to be transformed into a large 46 L refrigerator that can go down to -6°C. The interior control panel integrates an LED bar for better visibility and allows you to adjust the temperature and the operating mode.

The NRX 50C is equipped with a latest generation compressor, designed to reduce power consumption. It is compatible with a 12 V or 24 V battery and offers three operating modes: Eco, Boost and Silent. The Eco mode reduces power consumption, the Boost mode ensures rapid cooling, and the Silent mode reduces the noise level of the compressor.

The installation of the refrigerator is simplified by the presence of a forced ventilation radiator integrated into the cooling unit, eliminating the need for ventilation grilles to the outside of the boat. However, it is essential to ensure good air circulation around the refrigerator during installation to guarantee its performance and durability.
