The Loos Rope Tensiometer is a professional tool that allows you to accurately determine the tension of your ropes in order to adjust them for performance and equipment preservation.
With this professional tensiometer, you will be able to perfectly adjust the tension of your rigging cables to balance your mast and shrouds.
The tension of these shrouds must be limited to 10% maximum of their breaking load against 15% for the forestay.
This tensiometer is available in 4 models:
- Ø2.5 to 4 mm: For 2.5/3/4 mm cables
- Ø5 to 7 mm: For 5/6/7 mm ropes
- Ø8 to 10 mm: For 8/9/10 mm cables
- For 7 to 10 mm rigid washer
