A TECHNICAL DESIGN FOR SAILING IN HOT WEATHER
The Zhik Hybrid Gear Performance Skiff Suit is a lightweight outfit specifically designed for dinghy sailing and water sports in high temperatures, between 25 and 30°C. Its main feature lies in its ability to offer UPF 50+ sun protection certified according to Australian standards, while ensuring optimal thermal regulation thanks to a highly breathable construction.
SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION AND ECO-FRIENDLY MATERIALS
Zhik incorporates innovative materials to limit the environmental impact of this equipment. The Zhik Hybrid Gear Performance Skiff Suit replaces traditional neoprene with Yulex® natural rubber, a certified, deforestation-free alternative. The textile is made of Repreve® recycled fibers, offering a 4-way stretch fabric that dries quickly while ensuring great freedom of movement.
ERGONOMICS AND ABRASION RESISTANCE
The Zhik Hybrid Gear Performance Skiff Suit benefits from a 3D body-mapped cut that adapts to the anatomy to facilitate active maneuvers. To meet the demands of sailing, high-wear areas such as the knees and seat are equipped with ZhikTex II panels, an abrasion-resistant material. Finishes include rolled openings at the neck and arms to limit irritation, as well as stretchy flatlock seams for prolonged comfort.
