HARKEN CARBO AIR DECK PLATE PULLEY: VERSATILE SOLUTION FOR YOUR BOAT

The Harken carbo air deck plate pulley is designed to efficiently redirect your steering lines, halyards, spinnaker sheets or any other running rigging along the deck of your boat. It is also perfectly suited for equipping your boom or reefing systems.

This pulley, both lightweight and robust, is easily attached with two simple stainless steel screws. Its design makes it a versatile piece of deck hardware for organizing your deck layout, whether for securing your ropes or for use in sailmaking, on the mast or boom.

The Harken carbo air deck plate pulley is distinguished by its Carbo composite body, its free ball bearings on a raceway and its UV-treated Delrin acetal resin balls. It is available in three sizes:

• Carbo Air 29 mm: Sheave diameter of 29 mm, length of 53 mm, weight of 17 g, rope diameter 8 mm, working load of 150 Kg and breaking load of 454 Kg.
• Carbo Air 40 mm: Sheave diameter of 40 mm, length of 70 mm, weight of 34 g, rope diameter 10 mm, working load of 220 Kg and breaking load of 735 Kg.
• Carbo Air 57 mm: Sheave diameter of 57 mm, length of 92 mm, weight of 68 g, rope diameter 10 mm, working load of 359 Kg and breaking load of 1079 Kg.
