Its ergonomics, combined with an ultra-slim battery, make it a practical navigation companion. The integrated red LED flash offers increased safety by allowing easy recovery in case of falling into the water.

OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE AND VISIBILITY

The HX40E VHF stands out for its large Dot Matrix display, offering exceptional visibility even in low light conditions thanks to its powerful backlight. Its intuitive interface, based on the "E2O" (Easy to Operate) menu, allows quick and simple access to all features. The device is equipped with a jack to connect accessories such as a hands-free kit or a submersible speaker/microphone (sold separately).

SAFETY AND ESSENTIAL FEATURES

The portable VHF offers transmit power switchable between 1W and 6W. It is equipped with a timer to prevent unintentional transmissions and includes the ATIS (Automatic Transmitter Identification System) function, which is programmable and can be activated as needed. The automatic activation of the red LEDs upon contact with water ensures quick location, even if the device is turned off.
