The Actisense NGX-1-ISO converter is an ideal solution for interconnecting your electronic navigation equipment. This bidirectional gateway enables wired interfacing between NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183 standards. You can retrieve data from your instruments (wind vane, anemometer, speed log, autopilot) and transmit it to your PC via RS422 or RS232 ports. Conversely, share AIS information from your NMEA0183 VHF on your chartplotter.

The free Actisense “Toolkit” and “NMEA Reader” software facilitate the installation, configuration and diagnostics of your equipment.

The NGX-1-ISO features an OPTO isolated input and an ISO-Drive output, providing a secure interface with NMEA 0183, RS-232 and RS-422 protocols. Benefit from a data transfer rate of up to 230 400 baud and advanced NMEA 2000 network diagnostics using the "NMEA Reader" software. It is compact (69 x 91 x 24 mm) and resistant (IP68).
