FURUNO DRS2D-NXT MARITIME RADAR ANTENNA: HIGH-PRECISION SOLID-STATE DOPPLER RADAR

The Furuno DRS2D-NXT maritime radar antenna uses Solid-State Doppler radar technology without a magnetron with pulse compression to provide precise echoes, with no warm-up time. Designed for coastal and offshore navigation, it allows for the detection of vessels, buoys, precipitation, and birds.

INTELLIGENT TARGET DETECTION

The Furuno DRS2D-NXT maritime radar antenna integrates Target Analyzer™ functions, which distinguish targets presenting a collision risk using Doppler technology, and Fast Target Tracking™, capable of automatically tracking up to 100 targets. The Bird Mode automatically adjusts settings to locate active birds, while the Dual Range Mode and Overlay Mode facilitate monitoring and the superimposition of the radar image onto cartography.

SHARPER RADAR IMAGE

The RezBoost™ function of the Furuno DRS2D-NXT maritime radar antenna virtually reduces the beam width to obtain echoes up to twice as sharp and better distinguish nearby targets. This 49 cm radome, powered by 12/24 V, develops a power of 25 W, covers up to 48 NM, and remains compatible with NavNet TZtouch, TZtouch2, and TZtouch3 systems.
