INTEGRATION WITH NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT
The Furuno FA-40 AIS transceiver for ships is compatible with NavNet TZtouch2 and TZtouch3 systems. It receives information such as the ship's name, call sign, position, heading, and speed over ground, even when targets are not visible. Its NMEA2000 port, NMEA0183 port, and the ability to use an existing VHF antenna via an optional splitter facilitate its installation.
