JON BUOY GLOW LITE MK6 RECOVERY MODULE: MAN OVERBOARD MARKING AND RECOVERY

The Jon Buoy Glow Lite MK6 Recovery Module is an inflatable man overboard marking and recovery assistance system. Deployed in a single motion from its container, it inflates automatically in 12 seconds and forms a low-freeboard platform equipped with boarding handles. Its pole with red flag, retro-reflective tapes, and automatic flashing light facilitates the spotting of the shipwrecked person.

AID FOR RECOVERY AND HOISTING ON BOARD

This Recovery Module provides buoyancy greater than 300 N and features three stabilization pockets as well as a sea anchor. A 5 m throwing line allows the module to be connected to the boat, while the lifting ring with a 200 kg SWL facilitates the hoisting of the rescued person. The Jon Buoy Glow Lite MK6 Recovery Module is reusable after reconditioning and complies with OSR, article 4.22, as well as Division 240, article 240-2.17.

FOUR CONFIGURATIONS AVAILABLE

The module is offered with a black or white case, with or without AIS MOB2 beacon, for a total of four configurations. Its bracket allows for mounting on 25 to 30 mm tubing. The first service must be carried out after 18 months, then every 2 years.
