LOFRANS SX2 WINDLASS: ROBUST STAINLESS STEEL VERTICAL WINDLASS
The LOFRANS SX2 Windlass is a vertical windlass designed for boats from 10.5 to 15 meters. It is intended to ensure reliable and efficient raising and lowering of the anchor.
The SX series of LOFRANS vertical windlasses is distinguished by its compact design. The AISI 316L stainless steel construction guarantees optimal resistance to marine corrosion. This windlass is equipped by default with a chain counter for precise control of the length of chain used.
This LOFRANS SX2 Windlass is compatible with an 8 mm DIN/ISO chain. The stainless steel ball bearings and seawater-resistant anodized aluminum gears ensure increased longevity of the mechanism. The maximum lifting speed reaches 40 m/min.
The Vertical construction type allows for optimized installation on the boat deck. The LOFRANS SX2 Windlass is available with or without a gypsy, offering adaptability according to the user's specific needs.
