M200 OCEAN SIGNAL DISTRESS BEACON: AIS LOCATION, MOB AND NFC CONNECTIVITY

The M200 Ocean Signal distress beacon is a compact and robust device designed for maritime professionals. It integrates directly into life jackets and activates automatically when they inflate to trigger several types of distress alerts via AIS, DSC and 121.5 MHz.

MULTICHANNEL TECHNOLOGY FOR RAPID LOCATION

The M200 Ocean Signal distress beacon sends a VHF signal on 121.5 MHz within 15 seconds of activation. It broadcasts 8 AIS messages per minute with GNSS (GPS/Galileo) coordinates upon acquisition, and transmits different types of DSC calls according to national regulations. Its compact design makes it easy to integrate into maritime safety equipment.

NFC INTEGRATION AND TRACKING VIA SMARTPHONE

Thanks to the integrated NFC technology, the user can automatically launch the Ocean Signal mobile application by simply bringing their phone close to the beacon. This connectivity allows access to the autotest history, battery status, or even to enter the ship's MMSI number. This solution facilitates the management of safety equipment and optimizes the battery life.
