The International Schooner anti-UV varnish is a high-gloss varnish with an amber tint, formulated with tung oil. It will enhance and effectively protect your boat's wood.
The wood on your yacht or sailboat requires regular maintenance, not only to preserve its aesthetics but also to extend its lifespan. Frequent varnishing with a quality product is therefore essential.
The Schooner varnish can be applied to any type of wood, including oily woods like teak or iroko, and guarantees excellent UV protection. It also prevents water from penetrating the wood.
For a professional result, it is recommended to apply 4 to 6 coats, with sanding every two coats.
