KIT GOTECH OBS UP TO 115 HP - ULTRAFLEX SIDE MOUNT CYLINDER: HYDRAULIC STEERING SYSTEM FOR OUTBOARD BOATS

Kit GoTech OBS up to 115 HP - Ultraflex side mount cylinder is a complete hydraulic steering system designed for outboard motor boats with a maximum power of 115 HP. This kit is particularly suitable for fast boats sailing at a speed of less than 40 knots and complies with ISO 10592 and CE 95/25 safety standards.

This kit GoTech OBS up to 115 HP - Ultraflex side mount cylinder includes a UP18 pump with intermediate flange. This pump is manufactured with a corrosion-resistant composite housing. It incorporates a non-return valve for secure steering locking. The pump is designed to accommodate a steering wheel with a maximum diameter of 508 mm (20 inches) and develops a flow rate of 18 cm3. The fittings required for its assembly are included.

The kit GoTech OBS up to 115 HP - Ultraflex side mount cylinder also includes a UC68-OBS side mount cylinder. This cylinder can be installed on the starboard or port side of the outboard motor. Its inner diameter is 25 mm and its stroke is 203 mm. The cylinder develops a thrust between 185 and 270 kg and has a flow rate of 68 cm³. It is compatible with single-engine, twin-engine, or single-engine systems with two steering stations.

Also included in the kit GoTech OBS up to 115 HP - Ultraflex side mount cylinder are two KIT OB-GT/M flexible hydraulic hoses, each 6 meters long, with a diameter of 1/4". These hoses can be cut to the desired length and are equipped with fittings with swivel nuts. In addition, two liters of hydraulic oil compliant with the ISO-VG15 standard are supplied to ensure the proper functioning of the system.

Correct installation of the kit GoTech OBS up to 115 HP - Ultraflex side mount cylinder allows to obtain approximately 3.7 steering wheel turns.
